Delivery

Delivery is available to mainland United Kingdom.                    

Customers outside the United Kingdom are also welcome to shop from Lescale Furnishings, please contact us for delivery prices.

It is VITAL that all deliveries are checked on delivery and THAN signed. We must be notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hrs.  In these cases it is best to call or email to let us know.  Unfortunately once the 24 hours have elapsed the couriers insurance may have lapsed and claims may not be made.  This is why it is safer to always check items on the day of delivery BEFORE signing even if the outer packaging appears to be intact.  To speed the process we will ask for images of the damage.

Standard delivery charges

All items are sent either by Standard Parcels or 1st class Royal Mail for smaller items.  Next day TNT couriers also available Monday to Friday £10.95

All Haberdashiary Supplies, Fabrics, Cushions and Roman Blind Tracks are FREE delivery

 Express service

Should you require your goods urgently, a next day courier service is available on purchases made before 1pm Monday to Thursday.  The cost for this service is £10.95.  Express Courier delivery for a Saturday is charged at £18.95.  In the unlikely event that TNT have been unable to deliver the next working day due to time contraints they would attempt delivery the next available day. 

All items are subject to availability.  You will be informed as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are out of stock. 

We reserve the right to update any shipping charges, although you will be asked to confirm via email or phone if any changes occur before you are billed.
